Artist Biography
After many years of singing song ideas into my phone and practicing my vocals I became tired of waiting for someone else to make my dream of becoming a singer a reality for me and decided to take things into my own hands. I started organising my own gigs at the age of 16 and as the years have passed, I managed to not only sing in my home country Austria but also to organise shows in London, Berlin, Edinburgh, and South England. I am happy to look back on past performances at the Brucknerhaus in Linz, at Porgy & Bess in Vienna, at the Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival, the Hampstead Jazz Club in London, the Marianne Mendt Jazz Festival and as the star guest of the International Youth-Theatre-Award 2019.
In September 2020 I built the courage to release my debut single "Good Thing" in the style of Pop/RnB which received airplay on major Austrian radio stations like Hitradio Ö3 as well as other European radio stations and TV appearances on ORF2 and Puls4.
A special highlight of my career as a singer songwriter was performing my song “Unthinkable” for researcher Jane Goodall and to perform at the final of the Austrian Composer Songwriter Award 2023 at Porgy & Bess. A year later I had the opportunity to perform my full set at Porgy & Bess which was a dream come true. Through my cooperation with the international charity organization “Kindernothilfe” my song “Unthinkable” has been given the chance to fulfil its meaning and help people in need which means a lot to me.
As a singer and songwriter, I have the opportunity to capture my emotions, significant moments and life lessons in my music. With my positive sound and honest lyrics I aspire to reach young people and inspire them to also take things into their own hands and follow their passions with great confidence.
Künstlerbiografie
Nach vielen Jahren Songideen in mein Handy singen und unzähligen Stunden Gesangsübungen wollte ich nicht mehr auf jemanden warten, der mir meinen Traum Sängerin zu werden erfüllt und entschloss mich, Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen. Ich begann im Alter von 16 Jahren meine eigenen Konzerte zu organisieren und schaffte es nach zahlreichen Auftritten in Österreich mit den Jahren auch nach London, Berlin, Edinburgh und Südengland. Ich freue mich über vergangene Auftritte im Brucknerhaus in Linz, Porgy und Bess in Wien, am Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival, im Hampstead Jazz Club in London, beim Marianne Mendt Jazzfestival, beim Surf World Cup und als Stargast des Internationalen Jugendtheater Awards.
Im September 2020 sprang ich über meinen Schatten und veröffentlichte meine Debüt Single „Good Thing“ der Stilrichtung Pop/RnB. Seither freue mich über Radioplays auf österreichischen Sendern wie Hitradio Ö3, Life Radio und Welle 1, Airplay auf diversen internationalen Radiostationen, sowie TV-Auftritte bei „Guten Morgen Österreich“ auf ORF2, „Studio2“ auf ORF2 und „Cafe Puls“ auf Puls4.
Ein besonderes Highlight war es, meinen Song „Unthinkable“ für Forscherin Jane Goodall zu singen und im Finale des Austrian Composer Songwriter Awards 2023 im Porgy & Bess auf der Bühne zu stehen. Ein Jahr später folgte ein volles Konzert im Porgy & Bess. Zudem freue ich mich, über eine musikalische Kooperation mit der Kindernothilfe mit meiner Musik einen positiven Beitrag leisten zu dürfen.
Als Sängerin & Songwriterin habe ich die Möglichkeit, meine Gefühle, Momente und Erfahrungen in Songs einzufangen. Mit meinem positiven Sound und ehrlichen Texten möchte ich junge Menschen ansprechen und ermutigen selbst aktiv zu werden und selbstbewusst ihre Potenziale und Ziele zu verwirklichen.
